The cyclodextrin glucosyltransferase enzyme (CGTase) is an industrially crucial for the production of β-cyclodextrin (β-CD). CGTase has a high propensity to produce mixture cyclodextrins (CDs). From industrial perspective, that produces only one type CD critical importance. Bacillus sp.
